Serena Webb Dance Theater is seeking dancers ages 18+ who are skilled in modern, contemporary, and ballet dance for our 2025-2026 season. All dancers must be at a pre-professional or professional level. A dance degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Auditions will be held virtually with a potential IN PERSON call back.
Please send in your CV, cover letter, headshot, and dance reel to [email protected]. Your cover letter should be no longer than 3-4 paragraphs detailing why you would like to dance with Serena Webb Dance Theater. Please include any classes or projects you’ve previously done with the company. Please make sure you understand company commitments and scheduling below before sending in your materials.
If we are interested in hiring you, you will be contacted to come for a call back and a meeting with the director.
MATERIALS DUE JUNE 15, 2025

Expectations and Commitments:
Company members are in the studio an average of 8-12 hours per week depending on their role for each show. Rehearsals are paid (technique classes are required but are unpaid). Payment is made at the time of performance and is considered a performance stipend, even though it is based on the the time spent rehearsing. Dancers must commit to all classes and rehearsals, and will be required to sign a dancer contract.
Dancers can talk to directors about any scheduling conflicts before rehearsals, and we will generally work with you. Dancers chosen for the company will be sent information via the primary email address they provided, which includes the dancers' schedule, as well as other pertinent information. Please choose the best email address for your primary email since this is the way we will use to communicate with you.
Rehearsals Dates-
July 7-Sept 25, 2025 (Resident Choreographer Concert)
October 6-December 18, 2025 (NATMQ)
January 12-April 30, 2026 (TBD)
Rehearsal Days- All days/times do not apply, will be depend on role in each production): Mondays/Wednesdays 7:30-10:00 pm, Saturdays 11:00 am-3:00 pm (extra rehearsals may be scheduled based on dancer's availability).
Technique Classes (required): Mondays/Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm and Saturdays 10:00-11:30 am
